We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Steven R. Lennon of Roscoe, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lennon and Darlene Lennon (Anderson); and his former wife Bonnie Lennon (Wych). He is survived by: his wife Linda Berthold; his children, Lisa Lennon (Kevin Boulier), Julie Lennon and Andrew Lennon (Christen); his stepson Ryan Alishio (Shaniah); his siblings, Michael Lennon (Bobbie) and Polly Smith (Jerry); his grandchildren, Evvie, Ellie Lennon Boulier, Calvin, Ada Lennon, Nahla and Asher Alishio; and his nieces and nephews, Caleb, Carey Lennon and Robert Hill.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve's honor can be mailed to Anderson Funeral & Cremation, 218 West Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, Illinois 61008, in care of the family, to establish a memorial at a later date.

“Will miss you Steve. We were life long friends. In younger days our group enjoyed duck and pheasant hunting, had many a good laugh and created some great memories. Marriage and family put us on separate paths but we renewed our friendship at a local wood shop where I enjoyed helping with Steve's household cabinetry projects. Rest in peace Steve. You will be missed.”
