She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Smith and Georgia Smith (English); and her son Michael Eash. She is survived by: her husband Jon; her children, Chad Eash (Megan), Dalayna Corey (David), Danielle Hanley (Larry) and Joseph Amsbaugh; her grandchildren, MJ, Bliss, Kayla, Brianna, Brian, Jaye, Josh, Bailey, Kyla, Alyssa, Tyler, Autumn and Emily; and her siblings, Patsy Linley (John), Wanda Smith (Gary) and Raymond Dale Smith Jr. (Jennifer). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Shirley's name to the American Cancer Society.
