Philip Jensen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2019, at the age of 61, Philip Jensen (Roscoe, Illinois), born in Racine, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace C. Jensen and June Jensen (Bay); and his brother Paul Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Jensen; his children, Tyler and Lauren Jensen; and his siblings, Owen Jensen (Marybeth), Karrie Shema (Bill) and Tricia Sliter (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
