It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma L. Brandenburg of Roscoe, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Akin and Anna Akin (Bell); her brother Robert; her husband Keith; her grandson Nolan; and her stepson Robert Adam Bergstadt.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Rios (Victor), Diane McNeill (Chris) and Scott (Jill); her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Trey and Morgan; her great grandchildren, Victoria and Addyson; and her stepgrandchildren, Sam, Mia, Ben and Rue.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (5304 Charles St, Rockford, IL 61108).
The family requests that any memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church.
