He was predeceased by: his parents, William Goldsworthy and Dora Goldsworthy (Pardi). He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Goldsworthy (Kathy) and Janice Goldsworthy; his children, Matt Whitledge (Kellie) and Lisa Hanke (Bill); his grandchildren, Ryan Whitledge, Blayse Whitledge, Cole Hanke and Lucas Hanke; his nephews, Brad Goldsworthy (Melisa), Andy Goldsworthy (Courtney) and DJ Goldsworthy (Alisha); his niece Sarah Hahn (Tim); and his friend Stephanie King. He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
