He is survived by: his wife Lavonne; his daughters, Pamela Vitale (Tony) of Loves Park, Nicole Hammack (James Sanders) of Machesney Park and Dayna Hammack of Oshkosh, WI; his grandchildren, Mykelti Weidman, Nathaniel Weidman, Megan Pruitt (Shawn), Ashley Fernando (Michael) and Jenna Trent (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Jordan Ramirez, Westin Eccles and Bodhi Pruitt; his siblings, Irvin Hammack (JoAnne), Merle Hammack, Glenn Hammack (Nancy), Beverly Rollins (Dale) and Theresa Heuer (Brion); his friend Ron Klaman, Sr. (Kathie); and his pet Laci.
