He is survived by: his spouses, Mary Lou Cook (Riley) and Judi Olson Hollister; his daughter Kim Hollister-Harrison (Dan) of Beloit, WI; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Danielle, Mikki, Christy, David, Christopher, Lauren and Anne-Marie.
