He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Alsup; his parents, Carl "Vernel" Alsup and Mary "Florence" Alsup; his sister-in-law EunCha Alsup; and his daughter-in-law Lecia Alsup.

He is survived by: his brothers, Rick Alsup (Barb) and Ron Alsup (Jan); and his children, Jeff, Kim (Tim), Greg (Amy) and David (Penny). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and extended family.
