He is survived by: his wife Judy Morse; his stepchildren, Gary Underhill, Theresa Underhill and Lona Wilson; his siblings, Gary Ptacek (Vicki) of Lakeland, FL, Terry Ptacek (Vicki) of Ladysmith, WI, Randy Ptacek of Conrath, WI, Helen Erickson of Kirkland, WI, Carol Draus of Rice Lake, WI, Melodee-Joy Fox (Jay) of Waukegan, IL, Linda Leach (John) of Zion, IL and Violet Zuber of Green Bay, WI; and his aunt Helen Rubio of Oglesby, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
