Carole Sue Ahlquist Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Sue Ahlquist of Roscoe, Illinois, who passed away on April 2, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Wilken and Vitera Wilken; her husband Gerald Ahlquist; her son-in-law Rick Dimond; her granddaughter Tiffany Bluett; her great grandchild Owen Kennington; her sister Jane Ann Wilken; and her pet Maggie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tami Dimond, Traci Bohn (Tracey Graham) and Teresa Papineau (Ed); her grandchildren, Jason Teran, Cory Teran (Angella), Lindsey Dimond (Greg Jones), Kirsten Dimond (Jesus Ramirez), Kelsey Kennington (Matt), Zack Johnson, Jessica, JB Watson and Joe Bluett; her sisters, Marylou, Joanne and Sandy; and her friend Bambi Teran. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home (8800 N Alpine Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
