With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia J. Elliott of Roodhouse, Illinois, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 23, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Johnston and Genevieve Hickox Johnston; her husband Paul Wayne Elliott; and her brothers, Robert, Archie, Elmer and Leland Johnston.
She is survived by: her sons, Kim Elliott (Sue Fay) of White Hall and Kerry Elliott (Gretchen Buhlig) of Roodhouse; her grandchildren, Jennifer Elliott (Ryan Fansler) of Roodhouse, Danielle Trame (Chris) of Breese and Tyler Fay (Stephie Myers) of White Hall; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn, Braden, Avery Trame, Thatcher and Ivy Fay.
In lieu of flowers, plants and other gifts, memorials may be made to the Roodhouse First Responders or the Greene County Health Department in Carrollton.
