He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howe and Cecilia Bowman Howe; and his wife Sharon Roberts. He is survived by: his children, James Howe (Simona) of Roodhouse, Shari Morris (Terry Davis) of White Hall and Brenda Stone (James Grissom) of Winchester. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, and six great -great grandchildren.
