He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Morrissey; his parents, Thomas Morrissey and Catherine Morrissey; his son Kevin Morrissey; and his brother Jack Morrissey.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Morrissey, Brian Morrissey (Jennifer) and Colleen Pape (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Ryna, Caitlyn, Brianna, Logan, Kyle, Sebastian, Justin and Kaelene. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial (21131 W Renwick Rd, Plainfield, IL 60544). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church (505 Kingston Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446).
