It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Dillard of Romeoville, Illinois, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Dillard and Helen Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Annette Dillard; his daughters, Amanda Lovecky (Bill) and Jessica Dillard (Jake Ray); his siblings, Steven Dillard, Cathy Blahute, Donna Hicks (Sonny), Bob Dillard (Trischa) and Doug Dillard; and his grandson Joel Ray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.

His sense of humor was always there to add laughter to all the events we were together at with him and his wife, Annette as well as Amanda and Jessica. Rick and Annette raised 2 beautiful daughters, one of which is now my daughter in law, Amanda. Rick, we will genuinely miss you and your beautiful smile and laughter but will forever keep you in our hearts and prayers.”
