She is survived by: her husband Charles (Chuck); her children, Patrick Peterka, Wendy Job, Valerie Ballard (Mike) and Dawn Peterka (Brian O'Donnell); her daughter-in-law Sandy Peterka (Donnie); her grandchildren, Melissa Andrews (Steven), Cody Peterka (Tiffany), Kendall Peterka Paige Peterka (Brett Shakespeare), Courtney Aldridge (Charlie), Ashley Job, Brittany Hanacek (Marcus), Emilee Medeisis (Cody), Mackenzie O'Neill (Sean), Brian O'Donnell (Sidney) and Mikey O'Donell; her great grandchildren, Alexis (Jeremy), Dylan, Valerie, Brayden, Sierra, Carson, Logan, Palmer, Elle, Levi, Adeline and Emmet; and her siblings, Stanley Zaworski (Joan) and Karen Gonsior (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
