Joan R. Vitacco Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan R. Vitacco of Romeoville, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 60. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan R. Vitacco to pay them a last tribute.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Michael Black, Jonathon Black (Jennifer), Andrew Black and Vincent Vitacco; her grandson Calvin; her parents, Kathryn Grimes and Joseph Grimes; and her siblings, Kathryn Miracle (late Hollies), John Grimes and Joseph Grimes. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Anderson Memorial Chapel & Heartland Cremation Services (606 Town Hall Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
