It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome M. Macuga (Romeoville, Illinois), who passed away on July 13, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Stanley Macuga. He is survived by: his parent Stella Macuga; his friend Mary Frolik; his brother Ronald (Shirley); his nieces, Pamela Wanderson (Jeff) and Heather Ayers (Andy); his brother-in-law Jimmie Maloney (Linda); and his friend Dickie Wydra.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
