He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Hoffman and Phyllis Hoffman; and his son Nicholas Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hoffman; his children, Justin Hoffman (Jessie) and Lisa Price (David); his sister Bonnie Rosedale (late Henry); and his grandson Lucas Hoffman. He is also survived by numerous nephews, and cousins.
