He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie Mosquera; and his parents, Joseph Mosquera and Eleanor Mosquera. He is survived by: his children, Ruth Ann Piejko (Richard), Michael Milka (Wanda), Rose Milka and Cheryl Sedlak; his sister Teresa "Terry" Van Buren; his grandchildren, Christopher Milka (Dawn) and Karen Piejko; and his great grandchildren, Tabitha Mitchell, Bridget Zalewski (Keith), Tyler Mitchell (Jessica), Ayden and Gavin Milka. He is also survived by 3 great great-grandchildren.
