He was predeceased by: his parents, Delores Garcia Castro and Guadalupe Garcia. He is survived by: his sister Delores Guebara (late Jose); his children, Felipe Jr., Tomacita Villavicencio, Jose, Christie Garcia, Roberto and Lana Garcia; his great grandchild Additionally; and his wife Amelia Garza. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
