He is survived by: his wife Mary Fessler (Trish); his sister Sherry Horton (David); his daughters, Tara Parsons, Tiffany Coody (Steve) and Tanya Novak (Matt); his grandchildren, Jaden, Maitaya Childress, Desiree Parsons Perez and Elizabeth Coody; and his nephews, David Horton Jr. and Bryan Horton.

All are to meet at 945Am Thursday August 1, 2019 at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery 20953 West Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421 In Lieu of flowers donations in Charles name may be made to Residential Hospice, 1431 Opus Place Suite 310, Downers Grove, IL 60515.
