She is survived by: her children, Christopher Kostelec and Melissa Burks (Jazz Sr.); her grandchild Jazz Jr.; her sister Donna Hill (Robert); and her nieces and nephews, Kristy (Paul), Tommy Jr. (Jennifer), Johnny (Beth) and Brittany (Leslie).
