He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Lowe and Albert Lowe; and his brother Russell Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Lowe; his children, Albert T. Lowe Jr. (Maryellen), Timothy Lowe, Tammy Novak (Ed) and Elizabeth Martinez; and his grandchildren, Terry Kruczek, Christina Lowe, Timothy Lowe Jr., Shawn Lowe, Jeremiah Novak, Zachary Martinez and Emily Martinez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
