He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldemar Biela and Virginia Biela; his brother Joe Biela; and his parents-in-law, Joan and Jim Lill.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly O'Kelly (Mark), Tyler Biela (Laura), Cooper, Colin, Emersen and Anna; his sisters, Dianne Smitter (Mark) and Marilyn Ungaro (Tom); his former wife Carol Biela; and his brother-in-law Jamey Lill (Nancy).
