She was predeceased by: her husband Noriaki Okada. She is survived by: her daughters, Mayumi Okada and Luna Okada (Wynn Sheade); her grandchildren, Kenneth Sunata, Yuukiko Sunata, Nathan Sheade (Banshamlak Marat) and Nina Sheade; and her great grandchild Nori Sheade.
