He is survived by: his wife Maureen Koscielak; his sons, Scott (Gina), Steven (Jane) and Todd (Kim); his brother George Koscielak; and his grandchildren, Conner, Chloe, Jack, Emma, Quinn, Dawn and William.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Colette Church (3900 Meadow Dr, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
