He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Waxstein, Madeleine Waxstein and Katherine Waxstein; his grandson Nolan Martin Fischer; his mother Dolores Waxstein; his siblings, Marcia Moore (Leon) and Robert Waxstein (David Beyak); and his nephews, William Moore and Michael Moore (Alexandra).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Marty's name to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association.
