She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Chmielowski and Michalina Valega. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Baran, Stefan Trzyna, Zbigniew Tryzna and Maryla Tryzna; her grandchildren, Eric Baran (Angela), Jacob Lysiak (Robin) and Caroline Lysiak; her great grandchildren, Cassidy Baran, Chase Lysiak, Anya Lysiak and Cora Lysiak; her great great grandchild Charlotte Baran; and her pet Mimi.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in accordance with current State of Illinois mandates, all guests will be required to wear a face mask while in the funeral home.
