He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Pam Bates (John) and Yolanda Bates of Acworth, GA.; and his nieces and nephews, Sharleen Dyer, Rebecca Dyer, Shirley Bates, Ashley Bates, William C. Dyer, Raymond C Bates, William Bates, Donnie Bates, Charles Erhart and Jonothan Bates.
