He is survived by: his uncle Fernando; his aunt Frances Chavarria Sr.; his siblings, Naomi Cox, Zoila Chavarria and Fernando Chavarria Jr.; his grandfathers, Maurice Ellison and Ronnie Cox; his aunts, Angela Salami, Jessica Ellison, Amy Ellison and Brittany Ellison; his uncle Maurice Ellison; and his cousins, Deja, Brianna, Reggie, Ryan, Mila and Danny.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Erik's loving aunt and uncle Fernando and Frances Chavarria Sr.
