It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Thomas Tan (Rolling Meadows, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Tan and Mabel Tan. He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel Tan (Janet) and Rita Muth (Edmund); his nephews, Karl Muth (Hannah) and Michael Tan (Katherine); his niece Jennifer Zomchek (Glenn); and his great-niece Amy Zomchek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
