He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mudra and Bernadine Mudra. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Rose Cardinal (Gary), Robert Mudra, Edward Mudra (Maria) and Mary Beth Svoboda (Dave); and his nieces and nephews, Jeff Cardinal, Mike Judd, Shelby Judd-Tierney (Kevin), Kayla Cardinal, Faith, Isabelle Mudra, Lilly and Ellie Judd. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives, and friends.
