Yuvawn Brown Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2020, at the age of 92, Yuvawn Brown of Rockton, Illinois, born in Corning, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas LaRue and Gertie LaRue (Crabb); her husband Raymond Earl Brown; her grandson Patrick Preston; and her siblings, Mazel Baxley and Thomas LaRue.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Brown (Jennie) of Durand, IL, Sheila Wells (Bill) of Cameron, WI, Shuvawn Camm and Betty Gehrke of Rapid City, SD; and her siblings, Joyce Blanchard of Rockford, IL and Joe LaRue of New Milford, IL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
A visitation, following COVID 19 guidelines of wearing masks and social distancing will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2020 from 10:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m. at McCorkle Funeral Home - Rockton Chapel, 767 N. Blackhawk Blvd, Rockton, IL.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Yuvawn name may be made to Mercy Health Hospice.
