William C. Phifer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William C. Phifer of Rockton, Illinois, who passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Phifer and Della Ann Phifer (Burden); and his sister Earlene Guy. He is survived by: his brother David Phifer (Nancy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clinton Cemetery.
