He is survived by: his wife Kris; his children, Allison Keller (Justin), Andrew Dal Santo, Bradley Dal Santo, Peter Dal Santo (Brittany), Becky Dal Santo (Brandon Morris) and Amy Nytko (Alexander); his siblings, Mark Dal Santo and Mindy Dal Santo; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Emma, Easton, Elaina Keller and Baby D. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation.
