He is survived by: his wife Trudi Francik; his children, Chelsea Ballou (Patrick) of Roscoe, IL, Matthew Francik (Jennifer) of South Beloit, IL and Elizabeth Francik of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, William, Audrey, John, Ava Ballou, Mason, Asher and Hazel Francik; his siblings, Mark Francik (Karen) of Berwyn, IL, Paul Francik (Mijong) of Korea, John Francik (Giacomina) of Rockford, IL, Annette Taroli (Ed) of Roscoe, IL and Joel Francik (Maggie) of Roscoe, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Elody Francik, Jodie Ferwerda (Peter), Lori Quinn (Tim), Tami Northrop (Ron) and Timothy Haas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
