With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvador Galicia Del Rio (Rockton, Illinois), born in Benavides, Texas, who passed away on April 20, 2019 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Del and Rafaela Galicia Del (Pena); his brothers, Federico (Laverne), Rafael, Joseph, Miguel and Martin; his brothers-in-law, Travis Gates, Keith Adrian and Kenny Magee; and his pet Chula.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Todd Crain and Dondi Kreps (Gary); his sisters, Justine Strus, Rose Adrian, Mary Magee (Jose Rodriquez), Linda Floyd (John) and Margaret Gates; and his pet Emily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
