With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard J. Kelley of Rockton, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 15, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kelley and Anna Kelley (Cwiklinksi); and his father-in-law Vernon Heinz. He is survived by: his wife Debra Heinz; his daughter Brittany Spring (Branson); his brother Robert Kelley; his mother-in-law Beverly Heinz; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Heinz and Shelley Acker (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
