It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Thomas Stien of Rockton, Illinois, who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret L. Stien (Tripp). He is survived by: his father Ralph J. Stien; his son Tyler Stien; his sisters, Catherine Froeliger (Scott), Liz Henning (Randy) and Trish Gifford (Rodney); and his nieces and nephews, Rosemary Froeliger (Ravi Patel), Sarah Kissinger (Christopher), Luke and Alex Gifford.

Funeral Ceremony, with social distancing and requiring masks will be held at 1:30 p. m., Wednesday August 19, 2020 in McCorkle Funeral Home - Rockton Chapel 767 N. Blackhawk Blvd., Rockton IL with Reverend Dan Herman of the Old Stone Church officiating.
