He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fay and Ann Fay (Kehoe); and his siblings, Rita Ouska, James Fay and Donald Fay.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen (Jay), Colleen (Frank) and John (Michelle); his wife MaryEllen Casey; his son Timothy Fay; his grandchildren, Lindsay Liss, Frank "Tony" Boggs, Sarah Fay, Jessica, Mike Forsgren, John Michael, Samantha Fay, David Allabaugh, Michael Allabaugh and Paul Fay; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Carter, Collin, Ian, Harley, Freya, Joanna and Andrew; and his sister-in-law Joanne Fay.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (620 Blackhawk Blvd, South Beloit, IL 61080). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
