He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl W. Jentz and Ellen Jentz (O'Donnell); and his brothers, Gary Jentz and Bob Jentz. He is survived by: his wife Winnie Jentz of Rockton, IL; his children, Lori Jentz-Pate (Christopher) of New Braunfels, TX and Paul Jentz (Sheree) of Roscoe, IL; his grandchildren, Taylor, Jonah, Kristen, Connor, Christopher, Mattison, Rylee and Zachary; his great grandchild Rowan; and his brothers, Raymond Jentz (Nancy) of Beloit, WI. and Marty Schober of Beloit, WI..
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #191 which will be dispersed to the lodge charities.
