He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; and his daughter Kristine. He is survived by: his children, Joe Bouback (Pat), Doug Bouback (Linda), Kathy Feucht (Roger) of Janesville, WI and Cheryl Hattrup (Peter) of Spokane, WA; and his siblings, Mary Loper of Freeport, IL, Carol Mason of Lakeland, FL and David Bouback of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Northern Illinois Hospice.
