It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joann L. Seales of Rockton, Illinois, born in Freeburn, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tolbert Bell and Myrtle Bell; her husband Thomas Seales; and her siblings, Theresa, Glenn, Maxine, Madgeleen, Robert and Frank.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Seales (Lynn) and Scott Seales (Eileen); her grandchildren, Kevin (Rachel), Amanda, Sean, Ryan, Colin and Erin; her great grandchild Isla; and her stepson Thomas E. Seales, Jr..
