He is survived by: his wife Sancha Melcher; his children, Stacy Adams, Dana Adams (Al Biskup) and Ambyr Koch (Paul); his grandchildren, Brooke Billeter (Jake), Hayden Sherwood (Kevin Tompkins), Mackenzi Sherwood (Marques Emerson), Delaney Sherwood (Steve Schwab), Frankie Knight (Anastasiia Bahinska) and Addison Knight; his great grandchildren, Briggs, Bernadette, Bradley, Baylee Billeter and Kobe Emerson; his siblings, Jim Melcher (Donna), Jerry Melcher (Lynda) and Janice Turner (Les); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jodi Melcher-Sorrentino, Bruce Hayes, Vicki Miles, Dale Engelkens and Brian O'Dell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
