He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Jacob and Ida Jacob; and his son Dustin J. Boyce. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Weber); his children, Stefanie Wallace (Jason) of Rockton, IL and Ashlee (Ian) of Rockford, IL; his grandchildren, Maxwell (Hailey), Anthony (Daria), Payton and Logan; his great grandchild Henry; his brother Gary Jacob (Vicki); and his pets, Echo and Macie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
