With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward I. Baylor (Rockton, Illinois), born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 3, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William E. Baylor; his siblings, Thomas Baylor (Maria), Dawn Oswald (Mike) and Terese Peterson (Larry); his aunt Elizabeth Atkins; his uncle David Johnson (Sheri); and his mother Carlotta Baylor. He was also cherished by 9 nieces and nephews.
