It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Scott (Rockton, Illinois), who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Scott and Clara Scott (Leible); his wives, Phyllis Scott (Mason) and Janice Scott (Smith); his adoptive son Thomas Scott; his siblings, Martha Switzer, Mary Pike, Judy Long, Janet Stockton, Charlie Scott and Pete Scott; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Switzer, Richard Pike, Dennis Turner, Donald Stockton, Pat Scott and Angie Scott.
He is survived by: his son Delbert Scott II; his grandsons, Garret Scott (Brooke) and Nathan Scott (Emily); his great grandchildren, Maddox and Mason Scott; his siblings, John Scott (Josephine), Bob Scott (Gloria), Barbara Turner, David Scott (Barbara), Mike Scott (Carol) and Mark Scott; and his stepchildren, Kim Kluge and Chris Tubbesing. He is also survived by cousins, special friends and neighbors.
