David Gene Moran Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2022, at the age of 81, David Gene Moran of Rockton, Illinois, born in Fountain City, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Moran and Ruth Moran (Faas); his siblings, Robert "Jake" Moran, Donald "Don" Moran, Thomas "Tom" Moran, John "Jack" Moran, Charles "Chuck" Moran and Carole Roseberry; and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Moran, Virginia Moran, Sue Moran and Emogene Moran.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Moran of Rockton, IL; his children, Twyla Counts (Jason Hanaman) of Rockton, IL and Troy David Moran (Kimberly) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Steven, Bobby, Kristina "Krissy" Counts, Brittney Moran Tollinchi (Shane), Jessica Moran Locke (Justin), Jacob Moran, Mary Tayrn Moran and Taylor Moran; his great grandchildren, Ryker, Kane, Maddux, Amiyah, Sage, Sawyer, Emma, Savannah, Tavian, Trinity and Gregory; his brothers, Lloyd "Bud" Moran, Richard "Rich" Moran of LaCrosse, WI, James "Jim" Moran (Gloria) and Michael "Mike" Moran (Sue) of Adams, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Moran, Kathy Moran, Linda Moran and Anthony "Tony" Roseberry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
Memorials are preferred in Dave's name to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
