He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Cowles Clayton and Lyle Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Susan Clayton; his daughter Chelsea Kathryn Clayton; his sister Joann Brani; and his nephews, Steve Brani, David Brani (Janet) and Tom Brani (Afsaneh). He is also survived by his great-nieces and nephew; and many cousins.
