He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bruce, Marion Soderberg, Larry and Lois Taylor; and his aunt Teresa Shephard.
He is survived by: his parents, Brian Soderberg and Joyce Soderberg (Taylor); his daughter Hannah Soderberg; the mother of his child Susan Resnick; his sister Juliann Barta; his nephews, Tyler Barta and Adam Sliti; his aunts, Chris Mullins, Robin Read (Steve) and Karen Lowe (Greg); his uncle Ralph Shepard; and also Houssem Sliti. He is also survived by his parents, sister and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brent's family, for an education fund for his beloved daughter, Hannah.
